Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing internal digital marketing tasks and campaigns
- Create and schedule posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Support basic branding and design needs using tools like Canva
- Manage and update website content (basic layout/design updates)
- Coordinate with internal teams for content collection and updates
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar tools)
- Monitor and grow the company’s social media presence and engagement
- Track and report basic metrics of digital campaigns
- Conduct research for proposals and marketing content
- Handle incoming/outgoing client calls professionally and courteously
- Stay updated with digital marketing and social media trends
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Good written English and document formatting skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing)
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Word & PowerPoint) and Google Docs
- Detail-oriented and organized with a willingness to learn
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Good communication skills
