Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (developers, designers, testers, etc.). 
  • Understand client and internal hiring requirements and create effective job postings. 
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. 
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit. 
  • Coordinate with technical panels and hiring managers for interviews. 
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment data. 
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders. 
  • Assist in offer rollout, negotiations, and onboarding process. 
  • Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and processes. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 0–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. 
  • Prior experience working in the IT sector is mandatory. 
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and hiring trends. 
  • Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines. 
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
