Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH and Freelance.
- Should have knowledge of Web Development company.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client’s requirement and acquisition.
- Review client project opportunities.
- Search for matching projects using filters on various websites.
- Understand client Technical Project requirements.
- Submit a Technical Solution with Understanding, Questions, Approach and Solution.
- All applications to be written online.
- Talk to interested clients with Sr. Advisors.
- Keep good relationships with clients and deliver value adding Technical Solutions.
- Assist and Knowledge Transfer to Project Managers on projects in execution.
- Keep clients updated on progress.
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Odesk, Elance, Web Guru, freelancer etc).
- Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing.
Requirements:
- B. Tech (CS/IT) / BCA / Related Certification in IT.
- Immediate or ready to join ASAP.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Sufficient knowledge of Technologies.
- An energetic and motivated individual would be the best fit for the team.
- Sound knowledge of IT terminologies.
- Training will be provide.
