Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos) for B2B audiences
- Conceptualize and produce social media video content aligned with brand and client outreach goals
- Repurpose long-form tech/webinar/product content into short, high-impact social media assets
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and branding elements suitable for professional audiences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate service offerings into video content
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends in the B2B and IT services space
- Optimize videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Ensure brand consistency and professional tone across all deliverables
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in reel creation and social media video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
- Understanding of B2B and IT services communication style
- Knowledge of hooks, pacing, and audience retention techniques
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and professional social media platforms
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience creating content for IT companies or tech brands
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Familiarity with AI video tools
- Ability to support content ideation and scripting
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline (Mass Communication, Media, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred)
