Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (developers, designers, testers, etc.).
- Understand client and internal hiring requirements and create effective job postings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit.
- Coordinate with technical panels and hiring managers for interviews.
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment data.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
- Assist in offer rollout, negotiations, and onboarding process.
- Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Prior experience working in the IT sector is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and hiring trends.
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good organizational and coordination skills
