Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive – Bookkeeping to manage day-to-day accounting
records, reconciliations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on
experience with bookkeeping software and accounting tools, with the ability to maintain accurate and organized financial
records. This version is adapted from your earlier Accountant/MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain complete and accurate day-to-day bookkeeping records
  • Record financial transactions, journal entries, and ledger updates
  •  Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  •  Generate invoices and follow up on payments
  • Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger reconciliations
  • Maintain records of expenses, payments, and project-related financial transactions
  • Prepare and share MIS reports for management review
  • Assist in preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
  • Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, bills, invoices, and supporting records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial data, payment tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure books are updated and records are maintained systematically

 

Required Skills & Tools: 

  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting entries, and reconciliations
  • Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as:
    ➢ QuickBooks
    ➢ Tally
    ➢ Zoho Books
    ➢ Busy
    ➢ MS Excel
  • Good working knowledge of:
    ➢ Ledger scrutiny
    ➢ Bank reconciliation
    ➢ Accounts payable / receivable
    ➢ Expense tracking
    ➢ Financial reporting
    ➢ MIS preparation
  • Ability to handle accounting data with accuracy and attention to details.

 

 

Requirements :

  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting operations
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial record management
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
  • Strong command of MS Excel for reporting and data handling
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach

 

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in handling bookkeeping for service-based companies
  • Basic understanding of taxation concepts like TDS/GST as supportive knowledge
  • Experience in preparing internal financial reports and MIS
