Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-spoken and confident HR Executive to support core HR functions and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have a background or strong interest in Human Resources, with good communication and organizational skills to manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and internal coordination effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities
• Support daily HR operations, including leave and attendance tracking
• Assist in preparing and sharing HR-related reports with management
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external candidates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in HR or a fresher with strong interest in HR
• Good understanding of basic HR functions and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable personality
• Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality
