Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage international client projects, coordinate resources, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to drive project success.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client (International Clients).
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in project coordination.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech, BCA, MCA preferred)
