Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven US Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical
roles. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and placing talent in sectors such as Saas,
Healthcare, Admin/Clerical, Finance, Logistics, and Light Industrial for our US-based clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed) to find qualified candidates for
    non-technical positions.
  • Candidate Vetting: Conduct thorough phone screensto evaluate communication skills,
    reliability, and also room interviews.
  •  Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of candidates to ensure quick turnaround times
    for high-volume requirements.
  • Tax & Visa Literacy: Basic understanding of US tax terms and work authorization status.
  • Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and account managers/clients and
    follow up on feedback.
  • Database Management: Ensure all candidate interactions and statuses are accurately updated in
    the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience specifically in US Recruitment.
  •  Communication: Fluent English (verbal and written) with a neutral accent to effectively
    communicate with US candidates.
  •  Resilience: Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet daily submission
    targets.
  •  Knowledge: Familiarity with US geography, time zones, and general labour categories.
  •  Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience of US Recruitment
  •  Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
